Fashion by the Book is a new meme here on Boricuan Bookworms, where we’ll be showcasing different outfits inspired by books! These outfits were created by LauraElisabeth, an avid reader of books who we met on Tumblr. Check out our first introduction post and interview with Laura here!

This Week’s Featured Outfits:

“Such a display of death – how could it be considered a victory?”

Find Marianne’s review for The Maze Runner, here.

I love the dress which goes perfectly with the cover! I also have a thing for those shoes! 🙂

Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins Find it here “It takes ten times as long to put yourself back together as it does to fall apart.” “But collective thinking is usually short-lived. We’re fickle, stupid beings with poor memories and a great gift for self-destruction.”

Find Jennifer’s review of Mockingjay, here! (Beware of SPOILERS!)

I am beyond frustrated because I saw a dress very similar to this one last Monday (AND it was on clearance), and I didn’t buy it. I love the whole outfit, and would sacrifice myself to wear those shoes, even if I hate high heels.

Fashion by the Book is a Tumblr blog for both fashion and book lovers, where book covers and characters inspire outfits. It was created by LauraElisabeth, lover of books and extreme fangirl. When she’s not making amazing outfits, she’s either on Tumblr or her Facebook, sharing her outfits with the world.
