Hello world! :D

Hey there people reading this! This is Jennifer. And my absent friend is Marianne. We are both from Puerto Rico and even though she’s two or so years older than me, there’s this thing we share in common more than anything: our passion to read. A few months back we came with the idea of making a book reviews blog between the two to make the job easier, since the thought of only one person managing it was a bit too much work, that with school to deal with and other life things. Anyhow, she and I post our reviews in Goodreads and in other places like Amazon or Tumblr. We find it a way to improve our writing and say what we think of books. Because believe it or not, when you finish reading a book you just feel this need and urge to share to the world your thoughts. So why not post it on the internet and at the same time help people decide if they want to read a certain book or not? I have find that a mayor help in the past.

I don’t know how frequent we’ll be posting, or logging in… School’s ending and with that (at least for me) internet is more hard to access without worrying… But maybe when summer comes it’ll be more often. Still thinking this through…

Here we’ll be posting, as I mentioned before, book reviews of popular books, like let’s say something like The Hunger Games or Harry Potter (Yay for the the tributes and potterheads out there!), and also indie books like This Morning I Woke Up Dead by Mindy Larson or The Samantha Project by Stephanie Karpinske (I bet you my math homework you don’t know them…) for an example.

I hope that anyone out there likes this blog we are still working on building for fun.

Have a great day!

~Jennifer.

We're two Puertorican girls who want to share our love of reading with the world. We sometimes substitute words for GIFS and either rant or fangirl a lot in our reviews. Talk to us about anything! 🙂
